Prescriptions:
We are a dispensing practice. Most patients can obtain their medication from the dispensary at Dalston if you live more than 1 mile from the nearest retail pharmacy.

THIS FACILITY HAS NOW BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS WEBSITE. IN ORDER TO USE THE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION FACILITY YOU MUST NOW REGISTER WITH THE APPROPRIATE FORM AND LOG ON TO www.patient.co.uk

The new system is a more streamlined and secure system and with your unique password and access code you are able to go straight to your medication screen and order directly from this.

You will require to register (form supplied by the practice). If you have any further queries please contact our IT administrator, Karen Waite, at the practice and she will be pleased to help you.
 
Voluntary Car Service:
There are 2 voluntary car services in the Dalston area. If required, please book your transport in advance.
There is a small cover change.
